Screen Time is Crashing my Phone

When time is requested on apps disabled by Screen Time, the popup to select which option (such as one more minute or enter password) don't even show up, and my phone completely freezes for about a minute (i also am unable to turn it off in that time) before crashing my phone. I have tried opening the Screen Time section in settings to see if something in there is the issue, but it doesn't open. I can open every other section with no issues. I've tried restarting my phone with no success.

edit: (the question i've posted says this is about an iphone 8, that's incorrect, it's an iphone xr)

The same thing is happened with me on my iPhone 11. The screen time is set for me. It started happening after I updated my phone.

My phone also is doing this,I have the 12 pro max.before I updated my phone and when I would try to access screen time in settings it would just crash and exit out of the settings app entirely. Now my phone is updated and now when I try to access that setting my screen just freezes. I also see I can’t sign out of iCloud or change the time zone etc because of “restrictions” Idk if I accidentally like turned something on.
