I have notice that Apple charges me 3 times a month for the same subscription, I have tried calling but I get no assistance please can someone help advise me

Where do you See this Charge?
If is is an eMail, then it may be a phishing scam. If it is in your bank account, then it may be a mishap, on whomever's part. View these two links to determine which is the case...
