The "Related Article" above your question on this discussion page says:

"If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app,

contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app."

If you are already updated to the newest iOS version:

Boarding passes for example are added from the airlines app. Concert and athletic event tickets are added through website, app or an email from the seller. Adding tickets, passes etc. is not a user enabled function.
