Full page screenshot in an app like my T-Mobile bill

How do I make a full page screenshot in an app such as my T-Mobile account to have a copy of my bill? It does not offer a choice to switch from regular screenshot to full page. iPhone 11.

Take a screenshot on your iPhone

Press the Side button and the Volume up button at the same time.
Quickly release both buttons.
After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail appears temporarily in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.

After taking a Screenshot open the Photos app and tap on the Photo once. You will see the Full Screenshot.
