There’s a Problem Loading This Content Error

I am trying to access my purchase for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse I keep receiving the same error mentioned above. I’ve tried signing off and on as well as turning off and on all my Apple devices (Apple TV, iPhone, iPad) and I keep receiving the same error message. Please fix this issue, Apple!!!

If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app - Apple Support


Else if an issue is specific for one iTunes Store title, but not other content,

then please contact the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
