I am trying to access my purchase for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse I keep receiving the same error mentioned above. I’ve tried signing off and on as well as turning off and on all my Apple devices (Apple TV, iPhone, iPad) and I keep receiving the same error message. Please fix this issue, Apple!!!

I was able to play it by downloading it first and could cast it to other devices.
Same issue here. Played fine after I purchased, but now won’t play on my iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Ironically I bought through Apple, and linked services that inherit purchases from other stores (such as Amazon and Vudu) play it fine.
