I can’t not use my email address (Apple ID) to accept FaceTime, iMessage on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook".

We do not know which Mac and device models, or which OS versions, you are using:

In your FaceTime and Messages Settings on your Mac and devices ... try looking for: "You can be reached at" and make sure the details that you want to use (eMail, phone etc) are added, if they are not already in use.

If needed:

Try logging in online to your Apple ID account to check the eMail address in use is correct in your account:

If necessary you can change the eMail address you use : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

(Allow 24 hours for the change to take effect.)
