Apple logo at the back of display of MacBook Air 15” two spots

While cleaning the Mac, I noticed that there are two spots on the Apple logo somewhere on near top-bottom center a bit skewed to the left. Looks like a light sensor, but can someone confirm this?

That sort of issue is considered cosmetic and not covered under Apple's Limited warranty or Applecare+.

If you purchased your MacBook within the past 14 days at Apple.com or an Apple Retail store then you can exchange it or get your money back if you are not satisfied.

If you purchased it at a third party reseller then you have to reach out to them to find out their sales return policy for their company.

Otherwise, it's not covered under normal warranty.

Good Luck
