My iPhone 8 has no network connections after I accidently set SOS ONLY


my iphone 8 has no network connections after i accidently set SOS ONLY in settings i have tried everything including a visit to my moble carrier T-Moble and they cant help me due to primary account holder issues What can i do to fix this situation? i havent had service for over a month now to my network connection is ther anyone who knows how to trouble shoot this nightmare?

If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.


If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad
