On my iPad Pro the ADP app opens with my thumbprint, but the app doesn’t show up on the passwords list. I need to access the password. If it’s not in the list, where is it?

I have this app on my iPad as well as on my android phone. It won’t open on Android as I don’t remember the password and it apparently wasn’t saved there, but it does open to my thumbprint on my iPad so I went to look for the password but don’t see the app in the saved passwords list. How is this possible, and where is the password?

If you have not added the ADP App credentials to your Keychain (i.e., saved Passwords), the App password will not be stored there. As you’ll not be able to recover the Password from the App itself, you will need to seek assistance from your IT Department - or the System Administrator who manages your HR systems.
