No applications are available under my location services and I am trying to watch Hulu and it is requiring Location Services but chrome is not able to access my Location, any fix for this?

There has been some type of change between Ventura 13.4.1(c) to Ventura 13.5 that effects the appearance of "Location Services".
That we acknowledge.
As of this writing, there is no documented and supporting evidence provided by Apple as to whether this is a "bug " or something else.
There are some who say it is a Bug, there are some who say it is problem in Ventura 13.5, there are some who say a fix is imminent and some Not on these forums that say the issue is the Third Party Applications need to be updated to work with Location Services in Ventura 13.5
In the interim - the functionality of Location Services is working as intended when using Safari Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2)
At least that how it has been working on 2 M1 and 1 M2 computers I own and work on each running Ventura 13.5 released July 24, 2023

Then have a few suggestions ;
1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .
2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

There is a known problem in Ventura 13.5. You have to wait for Apple to address the problem in an update.
