I have used my printer for the last three years with my school system. Now, Every time I try to add my printer, it says I am not connected to the internet. My Bluetooth is on. I switch back and forth for Wi-Fi or printer. They will not sync up. Help please.

Many WiFi-connected printers support WiFi Direct - this being a feature that allows a suitable printer to create its own dedicated WiFi printing network.
To use WiFi Direct, in addition to having a suitable printer, you will need to install an appropriate companion App from the Printer Manufacturer. By example, compatible HP Printers use the HP Smart App, available from the App Store:

In order for your iPhone to connect to your printer, both devices need to be on the same wifi network.
Is your printer connected to wifi? If not, and you're at college or similar, you may need to check in with their IT department to get some help setting up the printer.
