I need help I’ve been trying to get my iPhone 11 unlocked and I’m getting the runaround

Since there are different kinds of locks ,it would really help if we knew what kind of "lock" is appearing on the screen of your phone.

Unavailable?

Security Locked?

Activation Locked?

Something else, like a Carrier Lock?

So that we don't ask you do things that you have already tried, could you please list them briefly?

What type of lock do you need help with?

Did you buy a used phone that is Activation Locked? If so, return the phone. You will not be able to use it.

If the phone is carrier locked, contact the carrier. Only they can unlock the phone.
