Family checklist

Whenever I try to open my family checklist, it just closes and takes me back to my home page. I need to get into it but every time, it just closes

i am unable to add to family sharing - it is greyed out When I check under my profile, I cannot access password and security, nor email addresses and payments - both are also greeted out (including adding to family sharing) - please advise what I could try in terms of resetting / other? Family won’t let me add anymore people after I add myself and 3 others. I added myself and 3 others to my family group, and now the “add person” icon is greyed out and will not let me add the last two people. How do I fix this?
