I've had an iPhone 14 Pro for 3 months on Vodafone in the UK. The service is 5G and the SIM connects to 5G when inserted in other phones. But won't connect to 5G on the iPhone. Replaced SIMs several times. It has been factory reset numerous times. All settings are exactly right on the phone, but it still won't connect. Is this common?

Go to Settings/Cellular (aka Settings/Mobile Data) and tap on Cellular (Mobile) Data Options. Is it set to 5G Auto or 5G On?
