Hello all, I cannot access AMC plus through the AMC app on iPhine ir smart TV, or through AppleTV app. I have a receipt that the subscription has been paid for through Apple Pay also called Apple bill. How do you access AMC + subscription paid through Apple, again, not purchased through Apple TV - Vancouver. Ty!

You mentioned you have an iPhone. On your iPhone, do you see AMC+ listed in Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions? We're wondering if the subscription is showing there or if you have to access that subscription through elsewhere, like AMC.
If you purchased this subscription through Apple (as seen in the subscriptions screen) and not able to access it, you could try requesting a refund as seen in this article: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
