Is there a charge for battery recalibration

Apple does not offer battery recalibration services, but they will usually check your battery health at no charge if you take the phone to an Apple Store (make an appointment) or an authorized Apple Service shop.

If you want to get a general idea of your battery status yourself.......

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity

If the Max Capacity is less than 80%, the battery needs to be replaced
