I submitted my airpod serial number but it kept on saying that that product has been replaced and worst part of it all is that the coverage has expired

Normally if I do connect it to my iPhone it do show green light and now it does not and it keeps on saying coverage expired

Troubleshooting AirPods Inconsistencies:

A Glitch in Apple's Device Database?

I would contact Apple Support, asking them if there is a glitch in their user database. You should not be getting this message, if they have already been repaired. If these are used, then that may be why this is occurring. Screenshare what you are seeing with the Apple Rep.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
