Changing your Data of Birth in Health App:

Different apps have their own settings. Date of Birth is an important spectrum in the Health app, being it can be very board. So, where exactly are to trying to reset this?

Then you are doing it wrong. The birthdate year allows you to scroll back to 1 A.D.

Follow these steps: Health app > Your icon pic. top right corner > Health Details > Edit > Blue birthdate next to “Date of Birth”. Now, correctly set it, and tap “Done.”

And that’s all there is to it!
