Issue loggin into Kaplan LMS

Hi I’m a student at Kaplan Singapore I’m having issues logging into the LMS portal as they are supposed to have single sign on but my computer seems like it’s lagged and stuck there what should I do tomorrow I’m going to have exams I need help urgently please help me please !!!😔😔😔
