Apple ID not active.

I can't log in to the old apple id says that it is not active. How to make an active one?

You have to do these things. We do not work for Apple and have no access to your account.

According to Apple Community Specialist Brittany1416 in thread Inactive Apple ID - Apple Community , please contact Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID.

how are you? Not help/ can you send instruction how I can activate my apple ID? i will try but not effect. when i try reset my apple Id . i get answer this : This Apple ID is not active./ can you help please. i want try to restore my previous apple id . because i need to open my iphone. please help me. active my mail.
