I can't hear the person on the other side when I call or they call, what must I do?

I can't hear the person on the other side when I call or they call, and sometimes apps do not work, like the camera.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Hello,

Start here:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Also see:

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
