how to redeem daily cash as a payment

You can't request it a as payment directly.

It will be automatically saved in Apple Cash and from there, you can use it to pay for Apple Card or transfer it to a bank account of your choosing. There is no way to skip that step.

The Wallet App has never been available on iPad. There's only the Wallet & Apple pay option in the Settings App.

On iPhone you should see your Cards listed in Wallet. To make a card the default you can re-order the cards by dragging a card into a desired position. The frontmost card will be set as the default card.

1. You can redeem Daily Cash directly as credit in to your Apple Card by Tapping on AppleCard
2. Tap on menu / three ellipses (...), top right corner
3. Scroll down to Daily Cash
4. Select apply to AppleCard

To Remove a Card, tap on the card to open it, then tap on the (i) or (...) icon at the top right corner, tap on card details, and then scroll all the way to the bottom to Remove Card.

On an iPad go to Settings ➜ Wallet & Apple Pay ➜ Default Card and select the card you want to be your default card.
