I have other devices on my account how do I remove?

Someone has been using my Apple ID through the workgroup with out my permission. They have put me in as a student developer with out permissions.

And keep changing my passwords. I am locked out of my Mac,iPad, and watch. The Mac people said they are all completely back to factory settings. They are not.
