I Phone XS restart every 2 minutes { Crash reason : Problem connecting CPU and peripherals } , { Crash code Panic CPU x caller }

Hello Dears Recently my I Phone XS restart automatically every two minutes even I can not reach to back up my data. I went app analyzer to determine the problem. I found out it's panic full problem.

I have tried many ways such us { Remove Sim card , Force restart , Update software with I Tunes , and etc } now with 3U-Tools it says maybe has problem with following cases { Wi-Fi Module , U4700 Big Audio Codec IC, Baseband/NFC , NAND , Power Button Flex ,Charging Port Flex } but as I checked none of these has problem even battery healthy is very good condition. Please if anyone can support me would be appricated.
