Compromised card
I want to let you know that the card on my apple account has been compromised and the account is now closed. As soon as I receive a new card I will let enter the new payment method.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. No one here has any access to your Apple ID account.
You need to remove the old card from your account. If you need to have a payment method on the account and you don't yet have the new card, you might be able to use an iTunes gift card.
