Erased disk utility now can’t download OS Erased disk utility now can’t download OS Trying to wipe everything off of my MacBook Pro Late 2013 to give to my dad and I suspect i made some mistakes when I erased everything in disk utility. Now when I try to redownload Mac OS, there is no disk option for me to select to download on.

Erase and Restore I used the erase and restore feature in Utilities. When I tried to restore the OS, it id not completely restore. I tried several times. No success. I then restarted the computer using the Recovery Mode. The Repair utility comes up and I pressed Reinstall OS X. I then connected to the internet as instructed. i went through the screens and then was asked to select disk to install to OS X. There are no disks listed on screen. Any suggestions?

If this is an Intel Mac, try booting with Command-Option-R in Recovery:
