Syncing Windows 11 calendar

Hi, I'm having intermittent trouble with syncing my Outlook 2019 (using Windows 11) with my iPad and iPhone. I'm using the Apple Mail app and not the Outlook App on both my iPad and iPhone. Sometimes when I add an appointment on my PC Outlook calendar, it appears immediately on my Apple devices, other times it doesn't It would be great if anyone can offer how to resolve the issue.

Windows, Windows 6

Hi AGH55,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! We suggest checking a few things when the syncing doesnt occur as it can prevent syncing:

If the issue continues, let us know if the behavior also occurs with other email accounts or if it's isolated to this specific account.

Cheers!

Hi and thanks for your reply.

1: I have an active internet connection

2: Low power is disabled on both iPad and iPhone

3: Both iPad and iPhone are updated to 16.6

I tried another email and the problem still exists. When I add eg meeting update on the windows 11 desktop, it very intermittently appears on the Apple devices, however when I add the similar calendar update on the Apple devices, it updates my Windows PC immediately.

Thanks for the reply, AGH55.

From what you've described, it sounds like there's something going on with your PC that is interfering with the syncing process to your Apple devices.

Here are a few more steps we ask you to take next, which are provided by Microsoft. Use the steps from the link below and feel free to reply if this persists:
