I have a $26.00 balance on my Apple Pay from April, how do I make payment . I have canceled my Apple Card.

When you say you have a $26 balance/bill, who is the bill from? Is it from Apple? You also say balance/bill on Apple Pay, but Apple Pay is a payment system. Apple Pay can’t have a balance. Do you mean Apple ID Account?
