A few weeks ago I plugged my up to charge got a notification saying water was in the port cause I never have water around my iPad the last day it took charge was Sunday now it’s not charging at all

You iPad requires service. You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and you can explore your available options:
