Cannot make phone calls (Verizon service) with my new I phone
Me and my wife came back from the Apple Store.
My wife bought a new I phone 14. All information from her I phone 13 was transferred to the new I phone 14.
I got the I phone 13 from my wife
and all the information from my I phone 10 was transferred to the I phone 13 .
All this was done by an expert at the Apple Store.
and did all which was required with transferring data.
After we came home we do not have our Verizon service.
We cannot make any phone calls.
Can someone help us out?
We do not feel comfortable without phone service.
