When I get an invitation from a co-worker through the native iOS calendar app that has a synced Exchange account on my iPhone, it says "Invitation from Somebody" instead of the name of the person. Why and how to fix?

Hi, anyone know why when my wife sends me an email to my work email address (Microsoft exchange server, outlook), it sends the invite as iCloud, and therefore, I cannot sync calendars. She is the only person that this happens to.
