Apple Authorized Canada Reseller Return and Refund Policy Issue
Hello,
After purchasing a brand new Iphone14 Pro Max I had decided to do a refund after 3 days.
Apple has a "Apple Authorized U.S. and Canada Reseller Return and Refund Policy" in effect and I decided to go that route as it was my only option.

I had copied and pasted the exact requirements into an email with an explaining and documentation under every requirement explaining why I meet criteria.
Unfortunately the email had replied back saying

I had called the number provided and spoke to a manager for over an hour. We went through the webpage together and he had agreed I meet all the criteria and that hes unsure why they denied me. Unfortunately he had no idea how to escalate it and said he is the highest up I could go.
I had messaged them asking for the EXACT requirement I dont meet and they had responded again saying to check the webpage attached and the case is closed.
I am desperately looking for any way to talk to someone who can help with this specific program as every phone number ive called for apple says this is out of their control (most didnt know this program existed and said I was teaching them).
I meet all the requirements 100% and I have no way of speaking to anyone who can help me.. please help!
