You will need to contact the app developer. The developer may have removed the app from the store or may be in the process of updating the app. Apple will only remove apps if they violate the Terms & Conditions in the App Store. Only the developer will know what the problem is or how to access your data.

Who’s the app developer
Sounds like it is in your App Library. Swipe all the way to the left and enter "Calc". Do you see the app come up there where you can add it to one of your screens?
You can also check the Hidden folder in the App Library if you have hidden any apps.
meihan tso is the app developer !! Now the size of app is zero we cant even restore from any third application

You will need to do an internet search if it is no longer available in the App Store. There may be multiple apps with that name, but you should be able to identify the correct one by matching the app icon.

It is the responsibility of the developer to provide the app again to the App Store. Apple did not make the app, so you cannot expect them to make it available. If the app was removed for not following the guidelines that every other app must follow, then the developer would have to update the app to make it compliant. The developer could also have pulled the app from the store and no longer wants to provide support for it. Apple cannot make a developer have an app in the store.

It is all up to the developer of the app, not Apple. Apple does not own Calculator X.
There has kind of Calculator X apps, search in App Store or Google
Calculator X app no longer available on App Store
