Sorry, but it was pulled from the App Store more than a year ago and the developer no longer supports the app. Apple has no access to your data and the developer offered no way to retrieve it.

You will need to contact the app developer. The developer may have removed the app from the store or may be in the process of updating the app. Apple will only remove apps if they violate the Terms & Conditions in the App Store. Only the developer will know what the problem is or how to access your data.

Sounds like it is in your App Library. Swipe all the way to the left and enter "Calc". Do you see the app come up there where you can add it to one of your screens?

You can also check the Hidden folder in the App Library if you have hidden any apps.

It is the responsibility of the developer to provide the app again to the App Store. Apple did not make the app, so you cannot expect them to make it available. If the app was removed for not following the guidelines that every other app must follow, then the developer would have to update the app to make it compliant. The developer could also have pulled the app from the store and no longer wants to provide support for it. Apple cannot make a developer have an app in the store.

The developer of the app is not here and is no longer offering the app to the App Store. There is nothing Apple can do for you about an app that the developer no longer supports.

Please read the comments already posted. The Developer is not around anymore and Apple does not own the app to put in the App Store. Only the Developer can choose to have the app in the store.
