How can I stop getting paper bills and receive emailed ones?

Have you contacted an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank yet? When you signed up for Apple Card account, the account was associated with the email for your Apple ID.

Do you use that email? Have you looked for your monthly statements there?

If you ARE receiving paper AppleCard bills — it’s abnormal.
