Screen Time and Content Restriction Settings not updating when changed
I am having on going issues with one of my kids' phones not keeping the Screen Time and Content Restriction settings. I will set the restrictions, via my phone and family sharing, and then within days (and occasionally seconds) the settings are returning to default settings.
A couple of examples:
- I will set up a Downtime schedule with Custom Days and then within a few days that schedule will be erased.
- On the "Allow Changes" settings of the Content & Privacy Restrictions, I will make passcode changes "not allowed," and within seconds it changes right back to "Allowed"
- Also, I will set up App Limits to manage the amount of screen time they have for social media and then within a few days those limits will be erased.
At first, I thought my kids were getting the the Screen Time Passcodes and changing the settings themselves, but I have been vigilant about changing the passcodes and randomizing them... I feel confident that they are not guessing the passcodes.
I would appreciate some help on getting this all working.
