Charging issues after updat to iOs 16.6 (20G75)

Shows charging however the battery level drops through the same time frame. I turned off Optimized Battery Charging since this manifested in the past with older iOs updates. We will see if this fixes the issue.

Battery charging problem Before iOS 15.4 update I have a powerbank that charges in 20 Watts for my iPhone and has a fast charge capability but after this update my phone started not charging well by the powerbank and then fast charge ability wouldn’t work on it even after the 15.4.1 update it didn’t change and I still have the same problem with the charging and I have to take care of my phone when is connected to the powerbank charger to make sure it is still charging
