my 11 pro decided to shut off and now wont turn on. i plugged in and my computer tried to reinstall and now it wont connect is there any chance for recovery of harddrive

i turned off randomly a few time the day prior to dying im cureious if ican get my data off of it, the itunes backup that i performed is not on my computer any longer and no iclout apparently its been full for a few years?

If you don’t have a backup there is no way to recover the contents of the phone. As you can “rent" up to 2 TB of iCloud space you should never run out, as there are no iPhones that have 2 TB of capacity. But even 50 GB for 99¢ a month is more than enough to back up an iPhone.


You can try plugging it in to your computer to both power it and to back it up. If that doesn’t work you are out of luck.
