When I send my FCPX (10.6.6) project to Compressor 4.6.3 it shows and exports a Gray Box with a Down Arrow in the video file.
I searched the forum and tried everything and nothing. They say it can happen if there is more than one Adjustment Layer, but I only have one and only to load a creative LUT.
Ventura 13.4.1 - FCPX 10.6.6 - Compressor 4.6.3.

That adjustment layer, did you build that yourself? If you did, open it in Motion again and verify it is built properly without any drop zones. That's a drop zone from a Motion templated used in your TL, and Compressor is not seeing anything assigned to fill it.
That grey box looks like a Drop Zone. Is there some effect or generator in your project that has a Drop Zone in it?
If you export the video directly from FCP, does something like that appear in it?

No, there is nothing with Drop Zone in the project. If I export directly from FCPX the gray box with the arrow does not appear.

You may want to delete Compressor's preferences.
To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting Compressor and click Delete Preferences.
See if that makes a difference.
I just did it and nothing, still the same :S
Try using the Compressor preset you have in FCP Destinations. Add Destination and add Compressor setting.
