J'ai entré le code de vérification à la suite de mon mots de passe. Cependant, la page demeure blanche et ne processe pas.

I entered the verification code following my passwords. However, the page remains blank and does not process.

If we understand correctly, you're using an old iPod and might be having an issue signing in with an Apple ID. Is that right? It sounds like you're entering your Apple ID password and the verification code together (for example, as "password1234") but it doesn't progress beyond that. Is that right?


If you haven't yet, try restarting your iPod and then test to see if that helps: Restart your iPod touch - Apple Support


If that doesn't help, we recommend trying it on a different known-good Wi-Fi network. This will help rule out possible connection issues.

I have about twenty devices at home that work with this WI-FI. The iPod connects very well. I am able to go on the internet with it.

I logged in with this ID on iTunes.

 I also tested another id, because I have two id. Both write the same thing.



However, I can't download games by apple store because I can't login because of this error.
