Someone has my emails being forwarded to an email address I cannot remove it from my iCloud what do I do?

On my iCloud account underneath my email all up preferences in settings. It shows that my emails are being forwarded to a previously hacked and no longer used Gmail account that I cannot remove her from the forwarding setting. Every time I check the forward to and remove the email address is won’t save the preferences in my email and, no very sensitive data and information has started to be sent to this compromised email address and they have full access to my iCloud account at this point and Apple ID but I don’t know how to remove that when it’s not allowing me to

Hi Oliver-oil1,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you've been unsuccessful in disabling your email forwarding from iCloud.

Are you able to sign into iCloud via a web browser on a computer to disable email forwarding? This resource will show you how to do so: Automatically forward email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

"Stop forwarding email

  1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Settings button at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Preferences.
  2. In the General pane, deselect “Forward my email to.”
  3. Click Done."

If you're still unable to disable email forwarding from your iCloud email, we'd suggest that you contact Apple directly to investigate this further with you. You can reach them here: Contact Apple Support

Kind regards.
