I've never had problems before, but now when I select a playlist from my Music library on my MacBookPro OS Monterey version 12.5.1and select "Burn Playlist" to the CD on my external Apple CD burn/play device, I get the message:
"The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (-3201). I've tried different CDs. I've closed out Music and rebooted. Any suggestions? Thanks
It is a security issue that prevents Apple Music from accessing a CD or DVD. It can be changed in the Mac OS system settings to allow it. The OS defaults to not allow the Music app to copy disks or write to disks.

whatever procedure you used to build that playlist and pass it to the CD burner software built a bad List.
