No People Tab in FIND App (Iphone)

When I log in to FIND app in my new iphone, People's tab does not appear.

But in my Mac Book works just fine.

Iphone 12 PRO with IOS version 16.6 (UPDATED)

Tried all mentioned in the below thread and nothing worked:

No “people” tab in “find my” app - Apple Community

Including in iCloud using browser, it does not appear.

This is my personal Iphone.

Wen to to Definitions - General - Manage VPN devices - there is nothing there - no corporate profiles installed.

I also rebooted the Iphone + uninstall + re-install FIND ME - not worked.

Any other idea?

How can I see what country is the mobile originally from? (currently in Portugal) - read somewhere that when it is original from some countries this functionality is not available (I did updated it to latest IOS version in Portugal).
