Text Notifications Silenced When They're Not

Several contacts have been telling me (even send screenshots) that I have notifications silenced when they text me. I just asked around and the majority of people said yes that it says I have them silenced when they text me...but there were a couple that sent screenshots that show I don't. I've gone through everything I can think of (including the suggestions from other people before I created this thread), and nothing works. The fact that it isn't silenced across the board is even weirder to me. I even tried turning off the option to share focus status, and it still shows up. I even turned off "share across devices" and it still shows up for everyone. Can someone please help me get this figured out?!

Hi txaggie2007,

If contacts are receiving a message that you have notifications silenced in addition to the settings you have already checked, see if Messages is turned on in Settings > Privacy & Security > Focus as this setting can also affect of Focus works with your Messages.

If it continues, as you've checked all of your settings, contact Apple Support here: Get Support.

Take care.
