I am not able to receive or send e mail?

Sometimes we including me make a small error and inadvertently mark the Account " Take All Accounts Offline "

If that is what has occurred, as you may see in image below just above " Take All etc " is the " Take All Accounts Online "

Have you tried a simple restart?
