Apple library not syncing
My apple music just isnt working Ive lost everything in my library and when I try to sync it back it just doesnt let me when I press “Turn on” it just loads and then goes back to saying “Turn on”

The first step you should take is to ensure your Apple Music subscription is active. Manage App Store purchases, subscriptions, settings, and restrictions on iPhone outlines instructions to manage subscriptions from an iPhone.
If the subscription is not active, was cancelled or allowed to expire and then renewed, it would be expected that your previous Library and other associated data may not be accessible. Legal - Apple Media Services includes the following:
"When your Paid Subscription to any Service or Content ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
If that is not the case, try accessing the subscription through the web-based portal found at Apple Music to see if it functions as expected. If so, it may be worth restarting your device, trying on a different network, temporarily disabling VPN or security software or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app to isolate possible causes.
