Can someone join the shared note once they leave it?

I added a friend to a note. It shows they’re dot gray but not invited and then it shows there’s no collaborators. Can they rejoin by themselves?

Behaviour when deleting shared notes. Hiya, I recently read this thread ( If I delete a Note someone shared with me… - Apple Community ) and I have an additional question that wasn't answered in the given question above. If I am the owner of a shared note, and I am sharing it with someone who has joined previously, and they happen to delete it off their phone, will they still be on the participants list? Or does this only happen when they remove it from the Recently Deleted folder aswell? IF NOT What happens when someone does delete a shared note that they have participated in? Do they still have a way of getting back onto it?

Note collboration Recently, I’ve been trying to share note with family members and they all have iPhones, but it seems that maybe since the last iOS update the collaboration feature is not working. I just got a message saying collaboration unavailable.

they must have left and joined back using the invite. If you no longer want to share, stop sharing for that note
