My Apple TV subscription is not working, I am trying to get into it and it’s asking to subscribe, I am already subscribed though. I clicked on subscribe and it says I already have a subscription, however it does not allow me to play anything.

My Apple TV subscription is not working, I am trying to get into it and it’s asking to subscribe, I am already subscribed though. I clicked on subscribe and it says I already have a subscription, however it does not allow me to play anything.
