Noise from speakers while using keyboard or touch pad.

Im using mac book pro m2 2022, while using this mac , i found some noise from steaming.

Then, i started testing like steaming videos from online and offline videos, there is no noise while playing videos without using keyboard or touch pad, but there is an noise while using keyboard or touch pad during the video play.

How does it compare to battery only(?) you do not say...

It sounds like the power is not grounded.

Do you use the 3-prong grounded extension— I would always recommend it.

They are universal if you have an old one from a previous Mac

Power Adapter Extension Cable

take the mac to some other part of the house to test, better yet a different location and compare your results.

I would always use a grounded plug hooked into a surge breaker.

if no resolve—consider it a hardware issue:

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
