If you haven't already: You may want to try updating your iPad to the latest iPad OS version:

About iPadOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iPd OS16.6 is the latest version.

If you have already updated to iPadOS 16.6, and can not log log-in to some of your apps:

Try re-starting your iPad : How to: Restart your iPad - Apple Support

(ie: removes temporary files, and often restores order if something is not working right.)
