Pinned Messages
I can see other people in my family iClouds pinned messages which than leads to our messages conjoining. How am I able to pin people without it showing up pinned on another device on the same apple ID as me?

You can't. But, you shouldn't be sharing an Apple ID with other people. Apple IDs are meant for use by one person only. If you want to share content or services, you should be using Family Sharing.
